To confirm any vehicle ticket or booking request with GariBook, at least 10% of the total estimated fare must be paid in advance.

Your booking remains tentative and is subject to availability until this 10% advance payment is received and verified by our team.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must notify us as early as possible.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will result in the forfeiture of the 10% advance payment.

Passengers are solely responsible for their own luggage, bags, and personal belongings.

GariBook and the transport authority will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage during boarding, transit, or travel.

Carrying illegal goods, weapons, narcotics, explosives, or any contraband items prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh is strictly forbidden inside GariBook vehicles.

In case of violation, the passenger carrying the goods will be held solely responsible for all legal consequences, and the ride will be terminated immediately.

For daily rentals, standard durations are 10 hours. For any extra time beyond the agreed booking period, an additional fee of 300 Taka per hour will apply.

If the travel extends past midnight (12:00 AM), a full-day rental charge for the next day will be automatically applicable.
